Product Introduction

Synchronous Extrusion

Motor-driven dual rollers rotate synchronously in opposite directions to extrude materials.

Direct Pelletizing

Materials are extruded and molded in a single pass within the roller die before being ejected.

Screening and Crushing

Preliminary products are conveyed via chain to the crushing chamber, where qualified particles are screened out.

Recirculating Production

Screened residue is automatically returned, mixed with fresh material, and reprocessed for continuous pelletization.
