Working principle

The electromagnetic induction heater uses alternating current to pass through the coil to generate alternating magnetic fields. When the conductor is in the magnetic field, the induced electromotive force is generated due to the change of magnetic flux, and then the eddy current is formed. Because the conductor has resistance, according to Joule's law, the eddy current generates heat and heats the conductor. Factors such as operating frequency and magnetic field concentration will affect the heating effect and efficiency.
