This complete line eliminates all intermediate transfer steps. Dirty plastic is fed into the crusher, and clean, dry flakes come out the other end. The entire process is fully automated, requiring only 1-2 operators, saving over 50% labor compared to traditional separate equipment.
Powerful Crushing with Pre-Cleaning
The 600 model crusher features 6 rotary blades and 4 fixed blades, running at 500rpm. It easily crushes injection molded parts, bottles, pallets and crates into uniform pieces. A built-in water spray system washes away surface dust and sand during crushing, preparing the material for further cleaning.
Multi-Stage Washing for Maximum Purity
A 3m long screw washer uses high friction to remove stubborn oil, glue and labels. The 6m long floating washing tank separates heavy impurities like sand and metal from the plastic. Clean plastic floats to the surface and is automatically transferred to the next stage. A de-metallization unit is optional to remove all metal contaminants, producing high-purity flakes that command premium prices.
Efficient Dewatering & Drying
Cleaned plastic is first dewatered by a lifting dewatering machine, then sent to a horizontal dryer running at 1450rpm for final drying. The dried flakes have very low moisture content and can be directly sent to granulation, no need for sun drying, allowing production in all weather conditions.
3. Energy-Efficient Design Saves Thousands in Electricity Costs
Electricity is the biggest operating cost for recycling plants. This line uses variable frequency drives (VFDs) on all motors to adjust power output according to actual load, eliminating wasted energy. The heating section uses electromagnetic heaters, which are 30-70% more energy efficient than traditional resistance heaters. This can save thousands of dollars in electricity bills every year.
